In Pekua, a Chhatra League activist was killed in a brutal knife attack by members of Chhatra Dal, right before his mother’s eyes. The attackers showed no mercy—not even to the victim’s mother.
The incident took place in Majhirpara village of Rajakhali Union, Pekua Upazila, Cox’s Bazar. There, Chhatra Dal terrorists publicly stabbed and killed Ehsan Kabir, a Chhatra League activist. When his mother tried to save her son, the assailants viciously attacked her too, leaving her critically injured.
This heinous attack is part of a broader attempt by Chhatra Dal’s militant wing to spread fear and eliminate Chhatra League and pro-Awami League youth from local politics.
