The terror tactics of Salahuddin Ammar—a notorious thug at Rajshahi University and a Shibir cadre serving as the RAKSU General Secretary—are well known to everyone. Ammar first hit the headlines after the brutal lynching of former Chhatra League leader Masud. However, the media, long controlled by the BNP-Jamaat nexus, managed to suppress the story of an Awami League leader’s murder in his hometown—until now. But the locals know full well the extent of Ammar’s atrocities.
This Rajshahi University terrorist hails from Koyra Upazila. On August 5th, Koyra Upazila Chairman and local Awami League President G.M. Mohsin Reza was murdered, and his corpse was set ablaze. While the truth was initially swallowed by the widespread chaos across the country, Ammar’s ruthless terrorist footprint couldn’t stay hidden forever.
On that fateful day, Ammar breached Mohsin Reza’s residence and shot him using the leader’s own licensed firearm. Even then, Mohsin Reza survived the gunshot. To ensure his death and obliterate all forensic evidence of the crime, the house was torched. Shot and trapped, Mohsin Reza burned to death in the flames.
Following the murder, Salahuddin Ammar brazenly strutted through the local market, even posing for a photograph proudly holding Mohsin Reza’s gun.
This is the true face of these so-called “meritorious” Shibir terrorists who lack basic humanity. To them, every human being is nothing more than an animal waiting to be slaughtered. To those who—knowingly or unknowingly—empowered these terrorists, we offer only our sympathy. You bear equal responsibility for the lawlessness tearing this country apart.
