No rule of law—arrests now follow direct orders from Yunus and his clique!
Following a peaceful procession in the capital, Santosh Kumar Mallick, a member of the Awami League’s Religious Affairs Sub-Committee, was unlawfully arrested and taken on a two-day police remand—an action orchestrated by the shadow administration led by the so-called ‘neutral’ Yunus clique.
On April 6, Awami League leaders marched from the south gate of Baitul Mukarram Mosque to the party’s central office in protest against the case filed against former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and the unjust arrests of party activists. Yet, that peaceful demonstration was twisted into a so-called “anti-state conspiracy,” and a case was swiftly filed.
