Armed militants of BNP and Chhatra Dal carried out a murderous attack on Khoka, former Organizing Secretary of Bhulta Union Chhatra League in Rupganj Upazila, for the “crime” of participating in a rally.
They surrounded him and hacked him with sharp weapons, then beat him with iron rods and sticks, crushing his bones. Believing him dead, they left him bleeding on the roadside and fled. These political killers have shown that BNP has now become synonymous with mob politics.
